Product Description

Rubber Oil Resistant Hose

Structure:

Ø Inner Rubber Layer: Adopted nitrile rubber, Chloroprene rubber and fluoride rubber as the principal raw material, and mixed with special reinforcing agent. With the features of high resistant to oil, bending, stretching and ageing.
Ø Pressure bearing Layer: Used good quality fiber cloth (canvas) or chemical fabric (cord thread) as the enhancement layer, better flexibility and pressure capacity.
Ø Reinforced layer: According to the technological requirements, adopted the high tenacity copper plating spring steel wire.
Ø Outer Rubber Layer: Employing natural rubber and compounded rubber, wear resistant, anti-oxidant, good appearance and long service life.

Application:

Apply to delivery all kinds of oil, fuel oil, weak alkali and weak acid fields.

Suitable Materials:

Ø Oil: diesel, hydraulic oil, kerosene, engine oil, animal and vegetable oil, coal tar, heavy oil, crude oil, and mineral oil.
Ø Alkali: ammonia water, sodium bicarbonate.
Ø Acid: Carbonic acid, acetic acid, hydrosulfuric acid, hypochlorous acid, nitrous acid, phosphoric acid,oxalic acid, formic acid, 40% sulfuric acid, 30% hydrochloric acid, hydrobromic acid, hydroiodic acid.
