Product Description

Oil Suction & Delivery Rubber Hose

Structure:

Ø Inner Rubber Layer: Nitrile rubber, Chloroprene rubber and fluoride rubber as the principal raw material, and mixed with special reinforcing agent. With the features of high resistant to oil, bending, stretching and ageing.
Ø Pressure bearing Layer: Fiber cloth (canvas) or chemical fabric (cord thread) as the enhancement layer, better flexibility and pressure capacity.
Ø Reinforced layer: High tenacity copper plating spring steel wire.
Ø Outer Rubber Layer: Natural rubber and synthetic rubber, wear resistant, anti-oxidant, good appearance and long service life.

Application:

Apply to delivery all kinds of oil, fuel oil, weak alkali and weak acid fields.

Suitable Materials:

Ø Oil: diesel, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, kerosene, engine oil, animal and vegetable oil, coal tar, heavy oil, crude oil, and mineral oil.
Ø Alkali: ammonia water, sodium bicarbonate.
Ø Acid: Carbonic acid, acetic acid, hydrosulfuric acid, hypochlorous acid, nitrous acid, phosphoric acid,oxalic acid, formic acid, 40% sulfuric acid, 30% hydrochloric acid, hydrobromic acid, hydroiodic acid.
