Large Diameter Steel Wire Reinforced Rubber Hose

1.Features

Large diameter steel wire reinforced rubber hose has the features of high wear resistance, high toughness and high pressure resistant.

The inner diameter can be 203mm, 305mm, 355mm, 403mm, 453mm.

The flange connection or flange joint can be supplied for you.

2. Main type

Rubber hose for channel clean-out, rubber hose for cement pump truck, concrete rubber hose, rubber hose for sucking and discharging mud or silt, coal injection rubber hose, rubber hose for bulk cement tanker, sand sucking rubber hose, bid diameter mud sucking and discharging rubber hose, dredging rubber hose.

3. Main structure:

1) Inner rubber layer. Used NR(natural rubber), UR(urethane rubber) and other compounded rubber, mixed with the special reinforcing filter.

2) Framework: Used good quality fiber cloth (canvas) or chemical fabric(cord thread), or wire steel wire as the reinforcement, good flexibility and good positive and negative pressure bearing ability.

3) Out rubber layer: Used natural rubber and composite rubber, wear resistance and anti-oxidation, long durability and aesthetic appearance.

4. Application

Ø Widely used in all models of suction dredger and pumping sand machine.
Ø All places of sucking mud, sediment and dredge.
Ø Suction and transport for cement pump truck, concrete, cement flour in bulk, dry powder and breeze.
Ø Fish vessel often used the rubber hose to suck shellfish and sea worm.

River sand, sea sand, mud, concrete, cement flour, dry powder, coal powder, carbon powder, breeze, shellfish and sea worm.
