Nickel alloy inconel 718 platehas excellent corrosion resistance at high and low temperatures and good resistance to stress-corrosion cracking and pitting corrosion.
Nickel alloy inconel 718 platehas good performance in hostile environments containing H2S, CO2, chlorides, sulfides and free sulfur at selected temperatures. Alloy 718 is commonly used for cryogenic storage tanks, downhole shafts and wellhead parts.
