     We specialize in producing flux cored wire, our R&D center works closely with the professional experts and professors from different universitis and national research institutes. Our manufacture facility owns the advanced production equipment, up -to-dated inspection/measurement instrument and the perfect evaluation and quality control systems, we have ISO 9001:2000 certificate.We have 18 production lines with the capacity of 50,000tons per year. Our E71T-1 FCW performs very low spattering, high effective vertical welding, very stable arc and fast welding rate. The diffusible hydrogen content in the deposited metal reaches 3.5ml/100g, which significant avoid the cold cracking and porosity. We are the only FCW supplier in China has 3YH5 certification.
