The rubber sheet from open rubber mixing machine, sheet machine or two screws extrude machine, enter the rubber sheet cooling machine. After passing the insulation ingredient tank, the rubber sheet will be under fan cooling or drum cooling. It can work with mixer and extruder on line with high automation.

Structure & Features

The cooling machine adopts cooling drum structure, with cooling water inside the roller.

It occupies small area and good cooling effect.

It is controlled by PLC, and can work on line with other machines.
