 1.Brief description

    Conveyor Belt Molding of constant tension production line is mainly used for layered molding of nylon wire,EP belt and cotton canvas belt  and also the rubberizing of conveyor belt.

    In the process of molding,this production line is controlled by the magnetic powder brake,and fitting molding in the condition of constant tension.Besides,  the folding and winding of placemat adpots flating wrinkle device to prevent wrinkling.The molding can proceed on the two sides.You can manually adjust the position of width and direction with the emergency button set nearby the tight roll device,the rotational speed controlled manually.Full line motor is configurated by one side and the placemat winding roller adopts the form of separation between axle and roller.This production line can be fitted on two round-trip and the tight roller is in the middle position of whole production line.
