Structure

1 guide and coil device

This machine is used for guide or coil semi-finished or finished products. It is made up of safety protection cover, frame and transmission device. The tension is adjusted automatically according to the diameter of belt roll. Magnetic vibrator controls the tension.

2 material trolley

This material trolley can be moved manually to adapt for the centring of paste. The tension can be adjusted according to the diameter of rolls.

3 Traction and plying-up device

tract the rubber sheet and cloth belt and at the same time press them to firm adherion, which can reach the condition for vulcanizing. It is made up of traction and press rolls, motor transmission device and manual space adjustment device. The speed is controlled by frequency conversion.

4 working platform

This device is used for cut the edge and alignment of rubber sheet and belt.

5 rubber brush device

paste the rubber to the two edges of the rubber made-up belt by a mobile rubber box, which is convenient for paste the rubber strip to the edge of the rubber belt.

6 side rubber adherion device

press the interlayer and the edge rubber strip together.

7 cut edge device

adjust the space of two cutters to cut the certain width conveyer blet.
