Please note :High viscosity sludge drying equipment general use hot air rotary vane dryer:

according to different viscosity of sludge there are two kind of EP suitable,one is two-axis rotary dryer 

(vertical, horizontal), the other is three axis rotary dryer (horizontal), dry the 85% water content material as low

 as 12%,and the drying time is short, generally 2 to 10 minutes. Because the high speed mixing blades stir wet 

material intensely, original material can contact with the hot air fully. Material in the first half of machine 

evaporates faster, hot air temperature in the machine fell sharply. Therefore, even use the high temperature hot 

winds, the temperature of material do not high.

Note:        

1. The design of sludge dryer according to user’s requirements and material property to

    determine the roller diameter;

2. The capacity is decided by the requirement of material and material property, processing listed in 

    the table are calculated by flotation coal;

3. The motor power depends on factors such as the material property and capacity;
