The working principle of the coke dust briquette machine

The charcoal/coal briquette machine is consisted mainly by the electrical machine, reducer,main machine, belt conveyor, alignment system of the roller shell,hydraulic system,electronic control,etc. the material enter into the area between the two compression roller by the action of gravity from the feeding hole. There are many same size roll groove in the two roll surface,with the constant speed and opposite direction run,the material has been compress mandatory,as the roll continue to run ,the pressed ball drop down.

Repair and Accident Disposing of the coke dust briquette machine

    (1).The maintain and check of the machine is essential . Regularly check the tightness of the safety bolts, oil mass, motor current, temperature rise of the bearings, the running of the v-belt and the tank’s oil pressure. When checking the oil pressure, please stop the machine. If any pressure changes cause by temperature changing or oil spill, new oil should be filled or let oil return to correct the pressure. If oil spills from the oil pressure system when the machine is running, please restart the machine after the problem is solved.
