The benefit of eating seaweed

• Seaweed is a good ingredient for soup, noodle, porridge.
• Taking seaweed as your ordinary food is good to enhance memory, anti-tumor and lipid lowering. Seaweed is rich in calcium, iron, not only the good food for treatment of anemia in women and children, but also to promote bone, teeth growth and health protection of children and elderly.

How to eat

• Roasted by infrared, clean enough and no need to wash again. Just put seaweed in a bow, add into 100°c soup, ready to enjoy.
• If choose to wash again before cooking, please no more than 1 minute. Use 100°c boling water or brine with 4~5% salt content, so as to avoid clearing the nutrience, phycoerythrin away.
