How to cook
*No wash-- roasted by infrared, clean enough and no need to wash again. Just put seaweed in a bow, add into 100°c soup, ready to enjoy.
*Wash-- if choose to wash again before cooling, please wash no more than 1 minute. Use 100°c boiling water or brine with 4~5% salt content, so as to advoid clearing the nutrience, phycoerythrin away.
