How to eat

• Roasted by infrared, clean enough and no need to wash again. Just put seaweed in a bow, add into 100°c soup, ready to enjoy.
• If choose to wash again before cooking, please no more than 1 minute. Use 100°c boling water or brine with 4~5% salt content, so as to avoid clearing the nutrience, phycoerythrin away.

Roasted seaweed: Sushi nori is widely used for cracker, making sushi for japanese restaurants, common garnish for noodle, and as a good condiment or making other seaweed food. Round seaweed is washed and roasted, can be ate directly. It is a best ingredient for soup.
