1. Application
The cables are used in fixed laying on transmission and distribution electrical lines of 50 HZ AC rated voltage up to 6 KV
2. Products standard
The cable can be made maily complying with standards IEC60505, can also be made complying with the ASTM, DIN, BS, CSA standards etc. In addition, under the requirement of customers we can design and manufacture the products that have special performance.
3. Specific property for using and construction of the cable.
(1)The long-time working temperature of cable should not be higher than 70°C
(2)During short-circuit(max. permanent time is not more than 5s) the max. Temperature of cable conductor should not be more than 165°C
(3)The difference level of laying cable is not restricted. When laying the cable, the ambient temperature should not lower than 0°C
(4)They have good chemical stability, and properties of acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance and flame resistance
(5)Light weight, good bending property and easy installation and maintenance
Voltage rating:0.6/1kv,3.6/6kv.
Conductors: copper or aluminum.
Number of cable cross: one core(Single core),two cores(Double cores),three cores, four cores(Four Equal-section-area cores or three equal-section-area and one smaller section area neutral core),five cores(Five equal-section-area cores or three equal-section-area cores and two small area neutral cores).We provide armored type and non-armored type for the cables stated above.
Outer sheath: PVC or PE.
Our company has been carrying out Chinese national standard GB12706 and GB12666.6 (equivalent to IEC60502 and IEC60331) for PVC insulated power cable and fire resistant cable needed by domestic customer, and for foreigner customers we can manufacture in accordance with BS, DIN and other countries standards. In addition, we can design and manufacture PVC insulated power cable with special characteristics according to needs of customers.
