Rotary double position expander for high - low row coil

Features :

   High - low row expanding does not need to change U - receiver and
      expanding rods, automatic adjustment can be realized by setting
      program parameters.

   U - receiver board and expanding rod installation board are
      controlled by separate servo motors.
