Auto matic tube forming line

Purpose:
This project is that machines take place of human being to work. The whole
producing line is made up of 8 units machines, such as CNC tube bender and
robots etc, which are used to bend circle, square and abnormal shape
aluminum tube,and process various specifications of the holes at different
positions of aluminum tube.
 

Features:

Current production line of customer:

12 pieces of working procedures, 15 units of equipment and 15 persons are required. Besides,several transport workers are required during procedures.

Comparison between new production line and old: 

We provide customized tube bending and forming equipment according to
customer's specific requirements.
