 4. Cooking Instructions 

 A- Fresh Vermicelli

   1. Put rice vermicelli into boiling water fo about 3 minutes or until rice vermicelli is well cooked.

   2. Drain rice vermicelli in colander (strainer) and rinse with cold water.

   3. Leave in colander for 15-20 minutes to dry vermicelli.

B- Fried Vermicelli

   1. Put rice vermicelli into boiling water for about 2 minutes

   2. Take out rice vermicelli and rinse with cold water.

   3. Fry meat, chicken, seafood, vegetable as you would like.

   4. Add rice vermicelli into dish, stir well and enjoy it hot

C- Soup Vermicelli

   1. put rice vermicelli into boiling water for about 3 minutes or until rice vermicelli is well cooked

   2. Drain vermicelli in colander (strainer) and rinse with cold water

   3. Vermicelli is now ready to be used in soup.
