High speed inner tooth plates pneumatic clutch
Pneumatic tooth clutches, they can transmit high torque and fast rotating. So they are widely applied in modern industry. For this air shaft gear clutch, there are four types: BTC plane tooth clutch, HTP inner tooth clutch, HBS concave and convex tooth clutch and HTC separate tooth clutch.
HTP pneumatic clutch is made of tooth and tooth plate, it is slow or standstill connect, while rotating in high speed. It is with compact size, transmitting high torque. Its structure is similar with BTC model clutch, the difference is their tooth plate design. BTC tooth plates are in the outside, while HTP clutch tooth plates are inside. It is also can transmit high torque, reached to 3500N.m.
This air shaft tooth clutch is composed of cylinder, piston, driving tooth plate, driven tooth plate, return springs and others. HTP model pneumatic tooth clutch is through center axial hole key connected with driving shaft, flange end connects with driven tooth plate. Except shaft-shaft installation, shaft-belt pulley, shaft-chain wheel, shaft-gear wheel installation are also available. It is easy installation.
Working theory of BTC model pneumatic tooth clutch:
Clutch is linked with air pressure, released by return springs. After supplying air pressure, piston pushes driving tooth plate to slide along the direction of axis, driving tooth plate compressed driven tooth plate to come into an integrated structure, clutch linked. Driving tooth plate and driven tooth plate are separated by return springs after exhausting air pressure, clutch released.
There are some models of this clutch: HTP-2, HTP-20, HTP-30, HTP-40, HTP-60, HTP-80, HTP-140, HTP-200, HTP-350. They can transmit torque from 26N.m to 3500N.m. Following is the detail technical data of this clutch:
HTP air clutch is standstill or low speed engagement, high speed rotating. It is widely used in tire forming machine, conveyor, automatoc equipment, food machinery, medical machinery, printing machinery, packaging machine, rubber machine, tire forming machine, production line, paper making machine, construction machinery, plywood machinery, punching machine, die-cutting machine, crusher and etc. It is also applied in robot, mechanical arm and other high technology equipment.
It is used to transmit power from driving part to driven part directly. So it doesn't need to start and stop motor power frequently, then prolong motor's life span greatly.
