SH-12 pneumatic drum type clutch brake with rubber tube

SH and CB model pneumatic drum type clutch brake is mainly composed of rubber tube and friction linings. After inputting air pressure, air rubber tube will be expanded to hug drumhub for stopping.

Air driven pneumatic drum type clutch brake, it can be used as a clutch or brake according to its installation mode and need. This element is usually connected with spider, drum and drum hub to be a complete structure for industrial usage.

SH-12 pneumatic drum type tube clutch is with superior quality, it can replace Eaton Airflex series tube clutch and brake very well with competitive price. 12CB350 is also called SH-12, SY-304, it is driven by air pressure. 

When it is used as a brake, injecting air source, air tube will be expanded and pushed friction linings forward to grip drum hub, so as to making rotating part stopped, after exhausting air source, air tube deflated, friction linings released drum hub, rotating part working continously. When this CB products worked as clutch, it is used to connect power part and driven part, so as to transmit power from driving part to driven part after inputting air pressure.

So this 12CB350 and SH-12 not only can be used as clutch, but also used as brake if needed. Different installation method, its operation and function is differen,too. SH model drum type pneumatic clutch or brake is equality with Eaton Airflex CB model constricting clutch or brake, installation size of them are the same, color of yellow and blue are available.
