CSPP25 integrated air engagement friction tooth clutch
CSPP air shaft separate tooth plates clutch is also called HBS split two ends of tooth discs pneumatic clutch. There are two modes of this concave-convex tooth clutch: separated tooth and tooth structure, integrated tooth and tooth structure. As usually, integrated tooth and tooth structure clutch is more popular for usage.
It is just like a connecter or medium, linking motor driving end and driven work end together, through air pressure making driving part and driven part connected, and making them separated after exhausting air pressure. With this structure and take air as power source, it is not only can save energy, but also can protect the environment.
HBS mode Pneumatic tooth clutch main characters:
1. Engaged with two ends of tooth, it is very suitable to mounted on various driving shaft, will not slippage with Pneumatic pressure. Compact size while transmit torque is several times than other same size clutches.
2. Inside return springs, separated thoroughly, no idling rotating friction load.

The torque is from 200N.m to 4000N.m.
For this tooth clutch, it is easy assemble and installation, following is the description of installation instruction for your reference:
1. Connect rotation
Air cylinder and piston will be caused connect rotation by bearing, it can be use 3 pieces of stop grooves in 120° angle or auxiliary stop groove screw holes to fix or stop. Be careful, when they are stopped, cylinder shouldn’t be incline because of interference power, or it will influence clutch normal working.
2. Precaution when installation clutch onto shaft
It is better to use professional tool to inflate hollow shaft tube when install clutch onto shaft, don't hit cylinder or other easy wearing parts.
3. Belt pulley and gear installation
When install belt pulley or gear onto clutch driving cover, try to make sure radial force center of belt pulley or gear is align with two units of bearings loading center of driving cover. Excessive incline will influence clutch service life.
4. Bearing lubrication
The trust ball bearing should be lubricated periodically. The period is between 1 to 6 months depends on the working condition. The other bearings are sealed, there is no need to supply.
5. Avoid high load working
It is better to use double or more safety factors when choose model, overload usage will reduce clutch service life.
