The Structure of Disk Tailing Reclaim Machine
Disk type tailings reclaim machines are composed of five parts: main machines, unloading devices, set mine launders, launders and body frames. Their working principle is as follows: the main machine’s disk is installed in the launder. When the mine slurry flows from one end of the launder, and flows through the gap between disks, magnetic minerals in the slurry are adsorbed on the surface of the disk, and the remaining non-magnetic slurry flows out from the other end. When the main machine’s disk rotates, the magnetic minerals adsorbed on the disk surface are taken out from the launder. When entering the unloading area, the magnetic minerals are brought to set mine launder by the mine unloading device inserted between the disk slots and are collected and output by the set mine launder.
