1^st we will get rid of the problems by email or by telephone when the problems come out. Our engineer's advice will be supported to you,and you operate the machine according to the advice our engineer supported. If the machine still can't be operated normally, we will do it according to the second method as below.

 

2^nd our engineer will show how to resolve the problems according to the problems you informed us. We will make it a video and send it to you by email.

 

3^rd if the problems still can't be got rid of by the second method, our engineer will be sent to your country. However, you should pay for some cost.
