If the machine still can't be operated normally, we will do it according to the second method as below.

2^nd our engineer will show how to resolve the problems according to the problems you informed us. We will make it a video and send it to you by email.

3^rd if the problems still can't be got rid of by the second method, our engineer will be sent to your country. However, you should pay for some cost.
