Vertical vibration elevator can be also called as vertical elevator, spiral conveyor, spiral elevator etc.
Vertical vibration elevator is applicable to convey and lift materiels of powder, block and short fiber. The materiels can not only be lifted, but also be dried and cooled during the process of lifting.
According to customer's special request, vertical conveyor can also be designed to classify the materials and convey flammable and explosive materials.

Working principles——Vertical vibration elevator
Vertical vibration elevator is consists of a central tube, the through, vibrating motors, the support etc.
Material is moving upward because of vibration, and contacting with air completely, which make them cool down.
The machine could convey the solid materials vertically, like granular, powder, bulk material (except stickiness). Drying,cooling,humidifying and heating.
There are two structures: top mounted drive and base mounted drive.The design can be carried out in accordance with user special needs. Dust-proof , or gas-tight jackets are available,which are make of metal, rubber or plastic.
