After quenching the rigidity of inner pipe can reach to about 62HRC, and the wear-resistant layer can be controlled in 2mm to 2.5mm, so that the service life of a complete pipe increases 3-5 times. Our plant also develops twin wall elbow, which is made of double structures, inside layer alloy and outside layer Q235, heating treatment and tempering process. The rigidity of inside layer can reach to about 65HRC, the service life can reach to 35000-40000CBM,and the connected pipe's life had been greatly improved.
