Our company possesses 12 PP spunbonded nonwoven production lines with German Reifenhauser technology and Chinese technology as well as the standard line width of 1.6m, 2.4m and 3.2m. Our nonwoven weight range is from 10gsm to 250gsm with various colors. Sunshine nonwoven is made from 100% virgin polypropylene material, ensuring the nonwoven fabric can meet the international quality standard.

PP spunbond nonwoven fabric can be applied in furniture, hygienic material, bag and shoe making, plant cover, filtering and medical material. According to customers' requests, we can also offer the post processing of the nonwoven fabric to customers, including printing nonwoven, anti-skip nonwoven, laminated nonwoven, perforated non-woven, hydrophilic nonwoven, UV resistance fabric, weed control fabric, ground/tree covers, pre-cut table cloth and bed sheet covers.
