Jiangsu Huashun Steel Tube Co., Ltd. is located at Dinggou Town, the eastern suburb of the ancient city of Yangzhou. Our company has convenient transportation access of near the Ningqi Railway and Jinghu Expressway. Our company invested USD 15 million in first phase, and covers 70,000 square meters area. There are 80 engineers and technicians in the total 600 staff. We are specialized in manufacturing seamless carbon steel and alloy steel tubes complying with the specifications GB, ASTM/ASME, API, JIS, DIN, and BS. The annual output is 150,000MT. The dimension is with outside diameter of 16mm - 426mm and thickness of 1-36mm. Our products are widely used in petrochemical, machinery, shipyard, power station, boiler, and heat exchanger. Our main manufacturing equipment included 2 sets of piercers, 2 sets heating furnaces, each set of chain-type cold-drawn machine of 25MT, 45MT, 65MT and 120MT, 2 sets of hydraulic cold-drawn machines of 200MT and 300MT, 2 sets of rolling bottom type heat-treating furnaces, several sets of straightening machines, end-treatment machines and cutting machines. We have passed the ISO9001 Quality Assurance System and received the Certificate of API 5L and API 5CT. We have complete inspection equipment such as the computer controlled hydraulic universal tester, pendulum type impact tester, hardness tester, metallurgical microscope, spectrometer, 721 type colorimeter, carbon and sulfur analyzer, eddy current testing equipment, and ultrasonic inspection system. We can do the mechanical properties testing, chemical composition analysis, hydrostatical testing, metallurgical analysis and NDT testing so as to assure the tubes' quality achieving the international leading level.
