This NetApp Partner Agreement is made between NetApp, BV., a Dutch corporation, with its principal place of business located at Boeing 300, 1119 PZ Schiphol, Rijk, The Netherlands ("NetApp"), and Shenzhen Hisco Technology Co Ltd., a corporation incorporated under the laws of China with company registration number being 440306109805842 and its principal place of business located att 42 Weihu East Road, Longgang, Shenzhen, Guangdong, 518000, China ("Partner") is entered into on the day which NetApp accepted the Partner's offer to be a NetApp authorized NetApp partner within China ("Territory") by issuing a confirmatory email to the Partner (the "Effective Date"). NetApp and Partner may each be referred to as a "Party" or collectively, as the "Parties".
