-Design
Our designing team can translate your designs to technical specifics for production, and is able to create new designs according to your ideas. Our design team is working very closely with our current customer designers and product development teams. With your input about your target group and concept, we can also offer our collection to fit your requirement.

-Sourcing
In case you are looking for any new products, fabric or accessories, our sourcing team is working closely with our designing team in Product Development. Our aim is to combine the innovation and product knowledge seamlessly, and bring our client ideas into real products at the most competitive cost.

-Merchandising
Our merchandising team takes care of your needs and concerns during daily communication and monitors your orders at each step of Time Action Calendars, which makes sure the final delivery date will be secured.

-QA /QC
Our QA team checks all samples before sending over to our customers, and gives our manufacture the professional instruction right on spot; Our QC staff members are checking at the stage of raw materials, in-line and final. All of our QA / QC team members have solid manufacture background.

-Product Safety
We take Product Safety as our own responsibility to our customers. We have stable cooperation with independent labs, such as BV, SGS, and ITS, and we do have in-house testing for customers who do not ask lab testing. We are fully aware of quality requirement from the market we are dealing with. For example, at EU market, we follow the requirement of REACh regulation-the Regulation (EC) No.1907/2006 of European Parliament and Council, and we always keep Oeko Tex 100 certificate of our key products.

-Social Compliance Monitoring
We are deeply involved at the CSR issues with our manufactures. Our CSR specialist is monitoring frequently to maintain and improve the Social Compliance performance of our manufacture. We keep our commitment at this matter to our customers, especially the ones who also take Corporate Social Responsibility as the guiding tenets of business. For example, to our customers in the EU who have the requests about CSR, we have our manufacture maintaining at least "Score 1" for the audit of BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative).
