Brake Pads:
It has more than two thousand models, new mold can be developed as your special demand. The material can be four different formulations: semi- metallic, low-metallic, ceramic (genuine ceramic & ceramic scorched) and organic, widely matching for over 2000 automotive models, with annual capacity of more than 4.0 million sets.
STE's Brake Pads are manufactured and operated under ISO9001 and TS16949, in 2005 and 2008; our products passed testing of USA Lincoln Laboratory, and were awarded AMECA Product Quality Certification. So far, 220 kinds of products have obtained European ECE R90 Quality Certificate. The production and testing equipment are imported from Canada and South Korea, in conformity to the world advanced standard.
Brake Shoes:
It has nearly two thousand models, new mold can be developed as your special demand. The material can be semi-metallic, multi-metallic, NAO and green non-asbestos etc, with annual capacity of more than 2.0 million sets. It is manufactured and operated under ISO9001 and TS16949.
Brake Disc and Brake Hub:
It has more 3100 models, new mold can be developed as your special demand. its formula is HT250,with annual capacity of more than 8.0 million pieces. TS16949certification was obtained in April 2004. At present, STE is equipped with USA 3T INDUCTOTHERM electric furnaces,1.5T electric furnace, Japan KOYO SM50V automatic molding production lines and SMS7060R horizontal molding production lines. The testing facility of Germany OBLF optical spectrum analyzer can guarantee that our product materials meet customer demands before casting. Physical experiment, chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, balance experiment can guarantee that our products meet international advanced standards.
