Baohong was founded in 2000 with 3 production lines and 3 post processing production line of polyester spun bonded nonwoven.

We are a large manufacturer and exporter of PET filament spun bonded nonwoven fabric with much stronger tensile strength, ROHS, REACH and SGS certifications. PET nonwoven can stand more than 150℃, so it has a thermal stability.

One of our products is spun bonded non-woven, which heavy-weight ranges from 15 GSM to 260 GSM.

For needle punched nonwoven (also called nonwoven geotextile), they are all made of 100% polyester filament fibers. Its heavy-weight ranges from 85GSM to 550GSM, and its width can reach maximum 6 meters.

   Producing functional non-woven (anti-static, anti-bacteria, oil & water repellent, PTFE-coated, PTFE membrane, PE laminated, anti-bacterial, flame resistance, Hydrophilic) is our specialty.

Reverse osmosis membrane substrate (polyester wet-laid nonwovens), as the backing fabric of RO flat sheet, polyester nonwoven fabric provide the structural strength of the whole membrane. Polyester wet-laid nonwoven has uniform surface, high strength and excellent coating performance.
