Pulse hot press machine mainly use on soldering mobile phone LCD screen FFC and touch screen FFC, solder FFC to FPC or FFC to PCB, ACF to PCB, USB/HDMI connector to PCB, HSC to LCD screen, FFC/PIN to PCB etc. 

The working principle is to achieve instant heating when supply the pulse voltage on the Press Head, so that the FFC can be soldered properly when with perfect temperature, timing & pressure.

  This machine is used for PCB FFC LCD soft lay wire welding, the standard machine includes cutter head and base platform.The product positioning mold is not included. Customers can make the product locally by themselves, or send samples and drawings to our company to make the product design, the cost is calculated separately.
