Please pay attention to the following points when using power batteries:

When using mobile devices, shock-absorbing pads should be added around the battery to protect it;

When used for long-term shallow discharge, deep discharge should be carried out every six months (0.1C10 ampere, discharge for more than 8 hours);

After using deep discharge (over 60%), it should be charged immediately to avoid sulfation of the battery electrode plate;

Each charge should be fully charged before use, and undercharging is not allowed;

Please choose a suitable charger for charging, and do not charge with overvoltage or overcurrent!

New and old batteries must not be mixed for use!

During use, there should be sufficient space between the batteries to dissipate heat!

Proper Charging - Extend Service Life and Shorten Charging Time

The charging method is a key factor in the correct and effective use of rechargeable batteries. The correct design and use of mobile mechanical chargers are directly related to the efficiency and lifespan of battery usage.

   

   

Recommend using the IU three-step charging method: after the first step of constant current charging, follow the second step of constant voltage charging with different voltages until the charging current drops below 0.006C10 (A) and remains constant, it is considered fully charged. When the ambient temperature is 25 ℃, the current and voltage settings are shown in the following figure:

    

2. The battery charging voltage should be compensated and adjusted according to changes in ambient temperature.
