Hawker EV Lithium Battery - Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery
The Hawker AGVSafe series of lithium iron power batteries is a new generation of power batteries designed and produced by Hawker Energy Group using its latest developed Battery Management System (BMS) specifically for online and wireless charging of mobile mechanical equipment. It has advanced functions such as battery self-management, communication, alarm, and receiving short-term fast charging.
Advantages Description
1. Charging and discharging ports are different, and the discharge port has voltage stabilization function
The charging port and discharging port of the Hawk lithium iron power battery are isolated, which has the true function of charging and discharging different ports. The charging voltage for a 24V lithium iron battery during normal charging should be 29.2V. If the charging voltage is lower than this, it will reduce charging efficiency and prolong charging time. No matter how high the charging voltage applied to the charging port, the output voltage of the discharge port of the EV24-60 battery is limited to no more than 26.2V. This function avoids the direct application of high charging voltage from the charger to the load DC motor, which could damage the motor.
2. Accurate battery remaining power display output
The discharge voltage of iron lithium batteries is relatively stable within the effective power range, which is an advantage of iron lithium batteries. But using the method of collecting battery voltage to calculate the remaining battery capacity is very inaccurate.
The Hock lithium iron battery uses the software "Coulomb integration" method to accurately calculate the remaining battery capacity, and outputs a simulated voltage of 0-5VDC, linearly corresponding to the remaining battery capacity of 0% to 100%, which facilitates the upper computer's requirements for battery capacity.
