Product description: HY21D matting agent is a special matting agent for outdoor polyester/TGIC powder coating system. It is                                                  suitable for polyester-TGIC powder coating with above 3 degree gloss (60 °) .

Product advantage: not sensitive to extrusion process, good reproducibility, excellent film appearance, fine surface, smooth, anti-                                           yellowing and impact resistance. Matting agent consumption TGIC is 20:1, add small amount of sex, price                                                 ratio is prominent, for adhesive and screen printing effect is better.

Appearance:white or creamy white powder.

Features: 1. Polyester/TGIC powder coating suitable for 3 ° and above (60 °) gloss.

Applications:1-6% of the total design amount of matting agent (matting agent: TGIC = 20:1) and other raw materials                                                  together with uniform mixing co-participate in extrusion. The powder can be produced according to the                                                  powder production process. The specific dosage can be determined by experiments.

Storage Requirements:1. Store the matting agent in a cool, dry and ventilated place. 

                                            2. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity and away from fire, heat, anti-caking. 

                                            3. The storage temperature is less than 30 °C and the shelf life is 12 months. After the storage date can be                                                    re-tested, if the results meet the requirements, still can be used.
