HM-380F17 is a SoC RF transceiver module integrating an 8-bit 80C51 CPU core and an ultra-low-power RF transceiver, ultra-low power consumption, high sensitivity, long-distance communication, and cost-effective. The product provides a rich selection of serial port rate, the use of interleaved forward error correction code, can be certain to restore the interference of the data, but also provides a choice of multiple channels, a variety of low-power operation modes and fast wake-up mechanism, can be modified online serial port rate and transmit power and other parameters. The product is categorized into three operating frequencies: 434MHz, 868MHz and 915MHz, and supports standard communication rates between 300bps and 256kbps.
