MNS type low-pressure draw-out switchgear, the cabinet body adopts standard modular design, compact structure, composed of reinforced C profile assembly, cabinet frame and all internal components are processed with aluminum zinc plate, strong anti-corrosion ability. Each function unit is interchangeable to improve the reliability of power supply.
Main uses:MNS type low-voltage withdrawal switchgear is suitable for AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 400V, cut-off voltage 690V, rated current 6300A and below the low-voltage power supply system. Widely used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, airports, terminals, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, high-rise buildings and other industries, as power generation, transmission and distribution, electric energy conversion and control.
Main features:
The main frame is made of C-shaped steel, the standard modular design is adopted, the modulus is 25mm, the structure is universal, the internal assembly is flexible and convenient;
Compact structure design, with a smaller space to accommodate more functional units;
Cabinet design fully consider the heat dissipation problem in operation. The upper and lower parts of the cabinet are provided with a different number of heat dissipation slots, so that the closed cabinet forms a natural ventilation channel from bottom to bottom to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation;
Each function room of the device is isolated from each other, and its compartment is divided into functional unit room, bus room and cable room, and the role of each room is relatively independent;
The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly of the main bus line on site. The top four corners of the cabinet are equipped with hanging rings for lifting and loading;
With communication function: the system can have RS485 or RS232 communication interface, support MODBUS communication protocol (optional).
