XL-21 power distribution cabinet is suitable for power distribution in power plants and industrial and mining enterprises, in three-phase four-wire or three-phase five-wire system with AC voltage of 500V and below. The indoor device is installed against the wall and repaired before the screen. The shell is made of curved steel plate and can be used for switching power supply. According to the needs of users, different models and different current levels of circuit breakers can be selected to meet the needs of different users.

XL-21 power distribution cabinet, suitable for textile, metallurgy, chemical, mining, machinery and other factories and mining enterprises, as AC 50Hz, rated voltage 380V or 660V, rated current to 630A three-phase three-wire, four or five wire low-voltage distribution system, as power and lighting distribution. At the same time, it can also be used for partial control in low voltage control system.

Soft boot
Soft starter uses three opposite parallel thyristors as voltage regulator, with this circuit such as three-phase fully controlled bridge rectifier circuit, using the soft starter to start the motor, the output voltage of the thyristor gradually increases, the motor gradually accelerates until the thyristor is fully switched on, and the motor works on the mechanical characteristics of the rated voltage to achieve smooth start and reduce the starting current. Avoid activating overcurrent tripping. Connect it between the power supply and the motor stator.
Generally, there are four starting modes:
(1) soft starting with ramp boost;
(2) slope constant current soft starting;
(3) step jump;
(4) Impulse impulse start.
