Diamond Reaming Shell

The Diamond Reaming Shell is designed to be connected with a Bit to be used in drilling. Unlike other tools, this shell allows for drilling by Bit and grinding of the side surface to be done simultaneously. However, it is important to note that the drilled hole must be kept not smaller than the diameter of the Bit (Reaming).

The purpose of the Diamond Reaming Shell is twofold. Firstly, it is used to prevent early wear and tear of the outer diameter of the Bit. Secondly, it helps prevent vibration and deformation of the hole walls during drilling. By using this tool, you can ensure a more precise and efficient drilling process, while also extending the lifespan of your equipment.

As shown in the diagram, the Diamond Reaming Shell has a cylindrical shape with diamond particles attached at the outer diameter and touchable screws at both ends. Furthermore, the outside diameter of the shell is produced to be larger than that of the Bit. This allows for a more stable drilling process and helps maintain the shape of the hole throughout the process.
