2. Product introduction
The working principle is to use the Joule heat generated when the pulse current flows through the molybdenum alloy high resistance material to heat the welding method. A type K thermocouple is connected at the front end of the heating cutter head, and the generated power is fed back to the control power supply in real time to ensure the correctness of the set temperature.
Pulse current heating is an instantaneous heating method, only when the solder needs to be melted, the solder stops the power after melting, cooling, pressurizing until the solder solidifies.
