TRICONEX 3008 Triple redundant controller

TRICONEX 3008 has three independent control channels, each of which can independently process input signals and output control signals. This design can increase the reliability and stability of the system, ensuring the normal operation of industrial control systems.

TRICONEX 3008 is equipped with intelligent functions within the input and output modules, which can reduce the workload of the main processor. Each I/O module has three microprocessors, and the input module's microprocessor filters and repairs the input, diagnosing hardware faults on the module. The output module microprocessor provides information for the voting of output data, checks the effectiveness of the output status through the feedback loop voltage at the output end, and can diagnose on-site circuit problems.

TRICONEX 3008 also has comprehensive online diagnostic functions and provides repair capabilities. It supports up to 118 I/O modules (analog and digital) and optional communication modules, which can be connected to Modbus master and slave stations, Foxboro and Honeywell distributed control systems (DCS), other Tricons within the Peer to Peer network, and external hosts on the TCP/IP network.
