TRICONEX 8110 provides powerful performance in one unit, combining ABBATAYOORS flexible AC500 PLC and its IRC5 robot controller, eliminating the cost and space of individual PLC cabinets, and greatly shortening the installation and operation time of robot production units. This integrated controller has up to three local I/O boards and remote I/OS bus communication, providing users with a single control point for a range of production unit functions.
The input voltage range of TRICONEX 8110 is 10.5-30 volts (effective value), the output voltage range is 0-10 volts (effective value), the maximum output current is 24 amperes, the maximum frequency is 2500 hertz, and the accuracy is ± 1%. In addition, its processor speed is 20 MHz, memory capacity is 512 KB, and it supports up to 32 input/output modules.
