The liquefied natural gas storage tank is a complex comprehensive system, mainly composed of the low-temperature storage tank body, multiple low-pressure conveying pumps inside the tank, storage tank safety valves, pipeline fittings, valves, and instrument lights. For the long-term, stable, and safe operation of storage tanks, maintenance platforms and equipment are usually installed on the top of the tank, including explosion-proof electric hoists.
Explosion proof curved track electric hoist is a type of explosion-proof electric hoist, mainly composed of the electric hoist body, curved guide rails, and steel structures supporting and fixing guide rails. Curved track electric hoists are generally divided into single drum electric hoists and double drum electric hoists, with the structure of the double drum electric hoist shown in Figure 1.
When the curved track electric hoist is in operation, the lifting device drives the drum and steel wire rope to move up and down to complete the lifting of the equipment; The rotary support device completes the turning of the car on the curved track; The operating device drives the car to travel back and forth on the curved track to complete the transportation of the equipment.
At present, there are two main types of low-temperature resistant lifting ropes for maintenance provided by LNG low-pressure pump factories: (1) a continuous steel wire rope that can be wound on an empty drum of a double drum hoist. This type of steel wire rope can be used for continuous lifting; (2) Segmented and detachable steel wire ropes are connected by hanging plates between each section, with hanging holes on the plates. This type of steel wire rope can be lifted intermittently in segments using a single drum electric hoist.
