The full-automatic garbage crane is a special crane for garbage incineration power plant. The intelligent identification technology of crane industry has three control modes of manual, semi-automatic and full-automatic, which can be switched freely. The full-automatic mode can intelligently identify and distinguish the height of the reclaiming point, intelligently level the material pile, control the process sequence, automatically control the operation of the garbage crane, complete the whole process of the charging of the incinerator and the reclaiming, stacking and mixing of the domestic garbage yard, issue the command through the remote control of the electrical part, start the hydraulic grab, and fully automate the material grabbing and discharging. The design and manufacture of the system meet the requirements of CB / FEM IEC and other international standards.
Its structure consists of single-layer frame, double-layer frame, single drum and double drum group, and the comprehensive weight accuracy is 1%. The crane is equipped with independent PLC to control all the movements of the crane in the control room of the grab crane.
Each mechanism of the crane adopts digital frequency conversion speed regulation device, and the whole machine is controlled by PLC, which can realize manual, semi-automatic and full-automatic operation, real-time dynamic measurement of garbage, crane fault diagnosis alarm and remote fault diagnosis function.

1 Manual operation mode:
In the manual mode, the operation of the garbage crane is completed by the garbage crane operator, and the "semi-automatic button" and "full-automatic button" are all set to the "0" state. At this time, the garbage crane is in the manual mode. The opening and closing of the truck mechanism, trolley mechanism, lifting mechanism and grab bucket of the garbage crane are controlled by the handle or button on the linkage platform. For example, to make the cart run at the speed of fourth gear to the left, you only need to operate the cart handle to the position of fourth gear to the left, and the cart will run at the speed of fourth gear.
The lifting mechanism and trolley mechanism are controlled in manual mode, just like the crane mechanism. The opening and closing of the grab is controlled by the button on the lifting handle. Click "open" to open the grab, and click "close" to close the grab, so as to meet the requirements of manual grasping, feeding and discharging.
2, The operation mode of the grab crane in the semi-automatic mode is as follows:
1, Semi automatic start:
When the "semi-automatic button" is set to "1" and other working mode buttons are set to "0", the garbage crane will be in the waiting state of semi-automatic operation.
2, Semi automatic manual grab operation:
Manually select the grab position of the garbage crane on the touch screen, and the garbage crane will automatically grab the material in the feeding area. After grasping the material, after lifting to a certain height, wait for the next operation and instruction.
3, Semi automatic feeding operation:
Manually select the discharging position on the touch screen, the garbage crane will automatically run to the designated area for discharging. After discharging, the grab will be lifted to a certain height and in the waiting state.
4, Semi automatic feeding operation:
After grasping the material, the garbage crane is in the waiting state. Through the feeding button operation on the touch screen, the garbage crane will automatically run to the top of the hopper for feeding according to the specified feeding hopper. After feeding, the garbage crane will automatically move to the garbage pit and wait for the next command action.
5, Automatic parking:
After the garbage crane performs other actions, it is in the waiting state. Set the "Park" button to "1", and then set "0", the garbage crane will automatically run to the designated parking position.
3, Automatic operation mode:
In the full-automatic mode, the full-automatic garbage grab bridge crane has four technological processes: automatic loading, feeding scanning, automatic transferring and automatic reversing. There are three groups of stopper buttons on the operation platform, automatic feeding, automatic transfer and automatic reverse stamping. If the first group of "automatic feeding", "automatic transfer" and "automatic reverse stamping" three stopper buttons are set to "1", then the automatic feeding will have priority, followed by feeding scanning, automatic transfer again and automatic reverse stamping finally. As long as the "automatic feeding" signal is set, the "1" grab reclaiming area is the feeding area.
If "automatic feeding" is set to "0" and "automatic transfer" and "automatic reverse stamping" are set to "1", the grabbing area is the feeding area.
If the "automatic feeding" and "automatic transfer" of the stopper buttons are set to "0" and the "1" of the automatic reverse stamping, the reclaiming area is the reverse stamping reclaiming area.
