The gear grinding process in gear machining generally uses oil as the cooling lubricant. Dirty grinding oil is commonly circulated through positive pressure filtration, and the filter residue is discharged after oil removal. The positive pressure filter mainly consists of filter bed, circulating filter belt, filter box and other components. The circulating filter belt is covered on the filter bed, and the filter box is pressed tightly on the circulating filter belt. Dirty oil is pumped into the filter box, and under the pumping pressure, the oil permeates and flows out from the circulating filter belt. The debris is intercepted by the circulating filter belt and left on it. The accumulation of debris gradually increases the filtration resistance, leading to an increase in filtration pressure and a decrease in filtration flow rate. When the resistance increases to the set value, the pump stops pumping dirty liquid into the filter box, compressed air enters the filter box to press out the residual oil in the filter residue, lifts the filter box to start the belt motor, and circulates the filter belt to carry the filter residue out from under the filter box. At the rotation point of the output end, the filter residue separates from the circulating filter belt and falls into the slag receiving truck under the action of the shovel or gravity. The circulating filter belt is cleaned on the surface of the filter belt by a rotating brush during travel, and is ready to be used again in the filter box for the next time.
