Product features:
Made of synthetic aramid fibers overlaid with non woven materials, it has low wind resistance, good breathability, stable performance, and strong chemical resistance. Stable performance, can be used for a long time without aging at high temperatures of 220 ℃, and has good dimensional stability. The heat shrinkage rate is only 1% at around 250 ℃. Even if exposed to 300 ℃ for a short time, it will not shrink, embrittle, soften or melt. It only begins to decompose at temperatures above 370 ℃ and carbonizes at around 400 ℃.
High temperature filter cotton has excellent flame retardant performance, does not self ignite, does not support combustion, has self extinguishing properties, does not dissolve droplets during fire, produces a small amount of smoke, naturally carbonizes, and does not cause fiber breakage or fiber shedding caused by fiberglass.
Usage:
Widely used for high flue and hot air filtration in chemical plants, thermal power plants, carbon black plants, cement plants, lime plants, coking plants, smelting plants, asphalt plants, paint spraying plants, as well as electric arc furnaces, oil boilers, and incinerators, it can effectively remove dust and resist the chemical erosion of harmful smoke. It filters the tar, coal smoke, dust and other particles generated in high-temperature drying rooms to prevent damage to the surface paint quality of items.
