Brief Introduction:
1.This hot air circulation oven is efficient and energy saving.Most of the hot winds are cycled within the box,which makes oven thermal efficiency improved 3-7% from traditional 35-45%, the highest thermal efficiency is up to 50%. Through the forced ventilation, the upper and lower temperature difference can be changed. 2.The whole machine is made of stainless steel, carbon steel and contact material parts is
stainless steel. It is suitable for medicine, chemical, food, agricultural products, aquatic product, textile, heavy industry material heating, dehydrate and drying. For example, dehydrated vegetable, fruit, sausage and so on.
Working Principle:
The heat source is steam or electricity. The axial fan is used for heating the air of the heat exchanger in node of convective heat exchanging. The hot air stream transfers the heat
to the material through the drying tray. The fresh air enters the drying box through air inlet hole for making-up. The humid air is exhausted from the dehumidifying hole. In this way, the machine keeps the proper relative humidity in the drying box.
