2. Pigment properties

Shandong Caizhiyuan Pigment Technology: Permanent Yellow OP180 (Lightfast Yellow OP-180, Pigment Yellow 74) is a green light yellow pigment with bright color and higher tinting strength than Permanent Yellow 5GX.

Among the paints, the covering power of Lightfast Yellow OP180 is 10㎡/g, while the covering power of Everlasting Yellow 5GX is 16m2/g, which is stronger than that of Everlasting Yellow 5GX. The Permanent Yellow 5GX is more transparent than the Permanent Yellow OP180.

The transparency of Permanent Yellow 5GX is suitable for water-based inks. The non-transparency of permanent yellow OP-180 is suitable for coloring products such as coatings and plastics.
