1. Pigment properties

Z895 iron oxide red is an iron oxide red produced by dry process, an environmentally protection pigment. The color is violet iron red, which is more purplish than S190 iron oxide red. It has excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance, heat resistance, light resistance, heat resistance and chemical stability.

Z895 iron oxide red has the characteristics of non-migration and non-bleeding in paints and water-based paints, and also has high tinting strength and hiding power. Especially suitable for alkyd iron red anti-rust primer and water-based iron red anti-rust primer.

Iron oxide red Z895 is made by mixing iron powder and sulfuric acid, and then calcining it at a high temperature of 800 ℃ in a converter.
