Structure and principle:
1. The carbonization test box is a closed box, and the test piece is placed on the inner partition of the box, and then automatically controlled by microcomputer according to the set temperature, relative humidity and CO2 concentration, so as to ensure the constant temperature, humidity and CO2 concentration in the box. Carbonization test chamber is mainly composed of box, temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide concentration integrated control system.
2. The outer box plate of the box is made of cold-rolled steel plate, electrostatic powder spray plastic, the inner liner is made of high-quality stainless steel plate, and the insulation layer is made of polyurethane integral foam. The shelf is made of plastic frame. With good insulation, sealing. Corrosion resistance.
3, temperature and humidity control system: temperature sensor measured the temperature in the box is lower than the limit of the control value, the controller issued instructions, heating elements began to work (on the contrary, the temperature is higher than the limit of the control value, the controller issued instructions for compressor work), when the temperature in the box reaches the temperature control value, the heating element or compressor stops working, so as to achieve the purpose of constant temperature in the box.
4, humidity control system: use freeze-drying to dehumidification, when the temperature inside the box is higher than the upper limit of the control value, the humidity control instrument output signal instruction work, reach the upper limit of the control value of the internal error automatically stop working. When the humidity in the box is lower than the lower limit of the control value, the controller outputs the command and the humidifier starts spraying. The humidity will stop automatically when it reaches the control value of the lower limit of the period.
(Note: Please fill the humidifier with distilled water to ensure the working life of the humidifier.)
5, carbon dioxide control system: carbon dioxide concentration control sensor using imported original infrared carbon dioxide measurement and control module, measured gas concentration corresponding to the electrical signal, through the control instrument analysis and judgment. The output control signal feed circuit system actuator to control the opening or closing of the carbon dioxide gas supply system.
6. The door of the test chamber is provided with a transparent glass observation window. More convenient for users to observe the specimen changes. Test process to achieve automatic control, temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration in the box visual digital display.
